ALMAS ISMAIL is the principal consultant of the firm. Previously, while in the US, he supported and coordinated international programs with a strong emphasis on education, community engagement, business, and trade. During that span, he developed transferrable skills to facilitate non-profit growth, creating impact strategies and establishing networks with diverse communities.

Since his return to Kenya in 2017, he has worked on and collaborated in various projects in different sectors. Over the years, through a holistic approach towards , a passion and desire for growing the game of basketball — he has helped develop and mentor a new generation of players, created high-level teams and transformed programs to enhance performance and leadership skills.

He holds a BA in Economics from University at Buffalo, State University of New York and an MBA in Project Management from Strayer University in Washington DC.
